Dr. Abdul Ahad Siddiqi
Technical Advisor
Dr. Abdul Ahad Siddiqi, earned a Ph.D., in Artificial Intelligence, from the University of Essex, UK in 1998, a Masters of Computer Science in Artificial Intelligence, from University of Essex, UK in 1992, and a Bachelors of Computer Systems Engineering from NED University of Engg., & Technology, Karachi, Pakistan in 1989. He is a member of IEEE, and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Before joining PrisLogix as technical advisor, he worked as Dean at Dept. of Computer Science, Karachi Institute of Information Technology (KIIT), then affiliated with University of Huddersfield, UK. He has been teaching a variety of undergraduate and postgraduate Computer Science & Engineering courses in KSA, UK and in Pakistan for almost fifteen years. He has been responsible to supervise score of M.Phil./M.Sc. students of various Pakistani Universities, and has been working as Program Leaders for bachelors and masters courses, and was put up with challenging position of “Quality Assurance coordinator” at KIIT, Pakistan. He has had the opportunity to design course curriculum for, KIIT Pakistan, and a few other Pakistani Universities/Institutes, and is well versed with ABET, and IEEE/ACM computer curriculum. He is one of the renowned experts in the field of Information Technology. In recognition to his IT expertise, he has been involved with working group of Information Technology (IT), Strategic Science & Advanced Technology (SSAT) programs. He has also been expert member for the board of studies of various Pakistani Universities/Institutes, notably, NED University of Engineering & Technology, Karachi, Usman Institute of Engineering & Technology (UIT - affiliated with Hamdard University, Karachi, Mehran University of Engineering & Technology (MUET), Sindh, IBA Sukhur, etc.

He has been active in research activities, and has published his research work in International proceedings and journals. He was a member of program and technical committees of various International conferences, and has chaired various conference proceedings. He has also been invited as keynote speaker to many International conferences, and workshops. He was invited as keynote speaker at ICINCO, Setubal, Portugal in year 2004. In year 2009, he will be invited as keynote speaker at IEEE – ICICT 2009, oraginsed by IBA, Karachi – Pakistan. So far, more than seventeen of his research papers have been published to his credit. He also writes articles in leading Pakistani English newspapers on promotion of IT education in Pakistan. He is currently working on two research projects entitled “Developing an OCR system for recognition of Arabic postal codes in middle east” and "Saudi passport authentication system using Biometrics technology". Both research projects are supported by the Deanship of Research at Taibah University, KSA. He has also been involved with European commission, British council, and Pakistan Telecommunication on R&D projects in different capacities between 1998 and 2005. He has been supervising various undergraduate and postgraduate projects in the areas of IT, healthcare applications, wireless network applications, biometrics, pattern recognition, neural networks, mobile computing, intelligent agents, etc.

Shahid Sarwar
Executive Director

Mr. Shahid Sarwar is Executive Director at Prislogix LLc and has recently joined it.

Prior to joining Prislogix, he had been the Director of Information Technology Department at PIA from March, 2008 to Dec, 2009.
Mr. Shahid Sarwar earned his Masters in Administrative Science with majors in ‘Computer Programming’ in 1970 from the University of Punjab, Lahore Pakistan and Bachelors in Physics & Chemistry in 1967 from the same Alma Mater.

He had held various key posts at Pakistan International Air Line (PIA).He garnered widespread respect for handling and coping up with all major issues  of IT Operations and was successful in migrating the PIA’s in-house systems to Sabre’s hosted systems. He has rendered countless services for PIA and devoted his whole life since 70s to bring it to the zenith of its success. He had been a priceless asset for PIA because of his deep insight into managing all IT and Communication Operations.  He has a myriad of Professional Courses from Assembly Language to Application Programming in DOS from M/s. IBM.From the position of System Analyst to the powerful tenure post of Director in IT Department, he has gone through all the managerial posts and handled every thing perfectly.His achievements in the realm of Information Technology are monumental and spectacular which can be well surmised by the overall automated system of IT at Pakistan International Airlines. Besides delivering lectures on various Computer Courses in private Institutes of Pakistan, He has conducted lectures at Institute of Business Administration, University of Karachi to MBA and Post Graduate Levels.

He has been a Guest Speaker on Computer Courses at various Seminars and symposiums conducted by IATA (International Air Transport Association) and other renowned organizations.His major Information Technology Projects include installation of PIA’s Computers and Communication Systems at Jinnah Terminal Karachi and Allama Iqbal Airport, Lahore and the complete automation of Passenger Reservation Systems, Cargo Operations, Departure Control, IT Management and Software Marketing and Consultancy.

Kamran Siddiqi
Development Manager
Kamran Siddiqi is Manager Development of PrisLogix LLC. He has been associated with PrisLogix since 2007. He is responsible for managing the overall development & operations of the company across the broad spectrum of IT products and services portfolio as well as supporting functions of network operations and process improvement. He has also attended CMMI Course: Carnegie-Mellon Software Engineering Institute, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States (SEI) Authorized Introduction to Capability Mature Model Integration (CMMI ver. 1.2) training by NetSol Technologies. He is a Lead Implementer for Information Security Management System (ISMS) ISO 27001:2005 & also a lead auditor for ISO 9000, ISO 9001: 2008 , ISO 9004 and ISO 19011 having expertise in following areas:

• Auditor and Lead Auditor Activities
• Audit Skills
• Team leading

Mr. Siddiqi has over 5 years of professional IT experience in software development, process management, project management and Information Systems management. Prior to joining PrisLogix, Mr.Siddiqi worked for Anchor Group, Dewan Mushtaq Group, and Pakistan Telecommunication Limited for different Managerial positions. Mr. Siddiqi holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Computer Sciences from University of Huddersfield, UK with specialization in Software Development.

Nadeem Zaman Khan
Project Manager
Nadeem Zaman  is Project Manager  at  PrisLogix LLC. He has been associated with PrisLogix since November, 2009. He is responsible for managing the overall project & operations activities.  He holds the degree of Masters & MBA (IT) from Western International University. His professional success lies in his creativity, hard work, leadership qualities and wit and awareness about his professional environment. He believes in being highly customer centric. Moreover he is not only attracted customers from Pakistan but also from various countries, like Scotland etc.  He is not only an asset for his company but a good adage to the emergent IT industry of Pakistan.  

Nadeem has spend 14 year in MCB  - ITG bank limited, he  is among one of the top IT figures having profound insight over in Core Banking, Data Disaster & Recovery, Unix Family Scripting, Support in all levels ( I, II, III ),  CITRIX, thin Clients terminal , Scripting,  flat file MIS, legacy System (OCDS – Micro focus COBOL ) /  UNIX family migration,  SCO UNIX  & Linux administration etc.

Syed Ali Ahmed
Business Development Manager
Mr. Syed Ali Ahmed is responsible for all Business Development activities worldwide, which includes identifying target customers and developing new business strategies for PrisLogix. Syed Ali Ahmed has over 8 years of IT experience in both the local and international market, with a remarkable business acumen for the international markets.

Ali is accountable for the Business development and marketing carried out with in the company. He owns the responsibility for planning, directing and coordinating activities for the sales and marketing teams while ensuring that project goals are accomplished in line with the business objectives. Moreover he plays a major role in Developing, executing, monitoring and revising the project plans and budget of assigned projects in order to achieve business objectives. Ali has lead the team at PrisLogix to various ICT awards in the year 2006. His clientele include various hospitals, airlines, real-estate companies, educational institutions, animation studios, law firms and travel industires.

With plans for global expansion in mind, Ali has been involved in international sales, branding and marketing for PrisLogix, with visits to the United States of America, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand and Macau, building up strong relationship with partners and clients for PrisLogix in virtually most of these locations.
